Returns, Cancellation & Shipping
Myers Detox takes our commitment to quality very seriously and we go to great lengths to ensure that we only carry the highest quality products.
We want you to love every Myers Detox purchase you make. But, occasionally, a product may not meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our returns and cancellation policies below. You may be eligible for a return or product exchange.
Returns and Refunds
We've made made returns easy! Just follow these simple steps:
- Check to make sure your item is elliglble for a return (see below for more details).
- If it is, login to your account.
- On your Account page, Click "Completed Orders". Then click the Return Item(s) button.
- We'll notify you via email of your refund approval and return instructions.
PLEASE do not send back any opened products. For security reasons we cannot accept any opened products.
Myers Detox Protocol and Functional Medical Tests
Within 15 days of purchase, you may cancel your order for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Between 15-30 days of purchase, you may receive a store credit or exchange only, minus a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges are accepted.
We do not accept returns for any undamaged supplement orders.
Functional Medical Tests
If you make a mistake collecting saliva or urine specimens, etc., or if the lab refuses to accept specimens because of a mistake you made, a free replacement test kit will be provided to you. Please call the office before discarding any specimens collected. Otherwise, once test kits are in your possession, they may not be returned and no refunds are allowed for any test kits due to safety, hygiene and accuracy concerns.
NES Scanner devices may be returned within two weeks of purchase. However, a return CANNOT be issued if you have already received a consultation with a NES Health Bioenergetic coach to go over your scan.
MiHealth devices are shipped directly from NES Health, Inc. and are subject to their specific return policy. A MiHealth device may be returned to NES within two weeks of purchase. There is a 1 year manufacturer warranty for any hardware and/or software defects.
If you receive a package that has been damaged, do not open the damaged item. Save the original box and all its contents and call us immediately at 213-277-5750. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Returns Policy for Myers Detox
Items such as Magnetico Pads and Longlife Saunas sold on external websites are subject to that company's individual returns policy and are not handled by Myersdetox.com. Please contact these companies for returns.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Myersdetox.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, if it was not our error and the product has shipped, you are responsible for the shipping charges incurred from returning the items to Myersdetox.com.
Processing your Refund
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing your return package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please allow time for us to:
- receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
- process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
- the time it takes your bank or Paypal to credit your account (5 to 10 business days)
Cancellation Policy for Appointments
Wendy Myers and Myers Detox understand that life is full of unplanned activities that disrupt our schedule. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with your health coach, we require that notice be given at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation made after that time will be charged the full amount of the session with no refunds. If you are a no-show, you will also be charged for 100% of your service.
Warranty for Myers Detox Saunas
We guarantee Myers Detox saunas to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
The near infrared light bulbs have a high failure rate. If the red infrared bulbs sent with your sauna do not work, another will be sent to you immediately at no charge. The bulbs are very delicate and very easily damaged during shipping.
This warranty does not cover damage to your near infrared lamp sauna caused by abuse, mishandling and unauthorized repair. This warranty specifically excludes heat lamp bulbs.You must follow all directions for set up in the Myers Detox Sauna Manual emailed to you at time of purchase.
If you have a problem with your sauna, kindly inform us by email that you are shipping the damaged sauna back to us. Upon receipt of your shipment and approval, you will be shipped a new one immediately at no cost to you!
Warning for International Users:
All Myers Detox Saunas are wired for US currency and plugs. The sauna units are constructed to work in accordance with the electrical voltage and sockets standard within the United States. US voltage is 120V AC 60Hz. Most overseas voltage is 220V AC 50Hz. For international orders, please note that these electrical specifications may differ and your sauna will need a voltage AND plug converter to operate successfully and safely. Wendy Myers and Myersdetox.com cannot be held liable for any damage to the unit or bulbs - i.e. bulbs blowing out, etc. - due to failure to use a converter and the electrical current being incompatible with the sauna.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Myers Detox is not responsible for overseas Customs Fee’s or Taxes. That is the sole responsibility of the customer.
